Take this quick test. How long do you think you will live?

I am studying men who are living on their own, living a good life, who are at least 100.

Living on their own.

Not in a nursing home.

No care-givers.

Just guys living and working and having a blast -- over 100 years old.

That’s what I wanted to know.

I’ve read stories of men living to 105 or 110 but they live with care-givers and in nursing homes. I wanted to learn the secrets from men who are over 100 years old and who live a great life.

I then began researching what I learned -- spending hours every day, 6 or 7 days a week.

I had two goals. One goal was fixing my own health problems. And the second goal was to live to 120 if possible.

I wasn't healthy to 120. I wasn't healthy at all.

When I was younger, I just felt worse and worse, and was afraid I'd drop dead by age 50.

I was on 6 medications.

I couldn't walk down the block without getting winded and having to stop.

Everything in my life was becoming greyer, and dimmer, and grimmer.

This major discovery changed everything for me

In 2005, my health was spiraling downwards. That’s when I made the first discovery that completely changed my life.

When I told my doctor what I discovered, he was not very interested.

He tested me and saw that I didn’t need medications anymore.

I expected him to be thrilled and to find out everything he could about what I was doing.

I’ll never forget what he told me next.

“Whatever it is you are doing, keep doing it,” then he said good bye and walked out of the exam room to his next patient.

At that point I knew that if I was going to continue on the road to great health, I was going to have to do my own research.

My pattern is that I find studies that are buried or ignored.

I bring them to my doctor’s attention and tell him what I’ve found, and then we go from there.

I always remember: If I hadn’t done my own research, I’d be dead by now.

With my own research I am hoping to live to 120.

But that all has changed...

… today I don't need to take a single prescription pill.

I have good healthy blood pressure, and blood sugar, and hormone levels.

And I sleep all night without waking up.

When I go to the bathroom, I have no problem emptying my bladder.

And things with my wife are better than ever..

People actually tell me I look years younger than my age now… it's amazing.
